פָּרַח מִזִּכְרוֹנוֹ

Blew away from his memory
The word זִיכָּרוֹן (memory) is used in many expressions, and the phrase "פָּרַח מִזִּכְרוֹנוֹ" means "he forgot."
הַמִּילָּה זִיכָּרוֹן מְשַׁמֶּשֶׁת אוֹתָנוּ בְּהַרְבֵּה מְאוֹד בִּיטּוּיִים. וְהַבִּיטּוּי "פָּרַח מִזִּכְרוֹנוֹ" מַשְׁמָעוּתוֹ שָׁכַח.

דּוּגְמָא 1: לָמָּה הוּא לֹא הִגִּיעַ לַפְּגִישָׁה? זֶה פָּרַח מִזִּכְרוֹנוֹ.
דּוּגְמָא 2: פַּעַם זָכַרְתִּי אֶת מִסְפַּר הַטֶּלֶפוֹן שֶׁלּוֹ בְּעַל-פֶּה, אֲבָל הוּא פָּרַח מִזִּכְרוֹנִי.
