Scarf - Scarves

The scarf is a warming piece of clothing and there are scarves in millions of colors and patterns.
הַצָּעִיף הוּא פָּרִיט חוׄרְפִּי מְחַמֵּם וְיֵשׁ צְעִיפִים בְּמִילְיוֹנֵי צְבָעִים וְדּוּגְמָאוֹת.
The word scarf already appears in the Torah, in a book of Genesis. When Rebekah sees Isaac and realizes that he is the one who will become her husband, she covers her head with a scarf and will take it off only after she becomes his wife.
הַמִּילָּה צָעִיף מוֹפִיעָה כְּבָר בַּתּוֹרָה, בְּסֵפֶר בְּרֵאשִׁית. כַּאֲשֶׁר רִבְקָה אִמֵנוּ רוֹאָה אֶת יִצְחָק וּמְבִינָה שֶׁהוּא זֶה שֶׁעָתִיד לִהְיוֹת בַּעֲלָהּ הִיא מְכַסָּה אֶת רֹאשָׁהּ בְּצָעִיף וְהִיא תוֹרִיד אוֹתוֹ רַק אַחֲרֵי שֶׁתַּהֲפוֹךְ להיות אִשְׁתּוֹ.
"And Rebekah lifted up her eyes, and saw Isaac; and fell down, from the top of the camel. And she said to the servant, Who is that man who is walking in the field towards us? And the servant said: He is my Lord; and she took the scarf, and covered herself" (Genesis 24:64-65)
"וַתִּשָּׂא רִבְקָה אֶת-עֵינֶיהָ, וַתַּרְא אֶת-יִצְחָק; וַתִּפֹּל, מֵעַל הַגָּמָל. וַתֹּאמֶר אֶל-הָעֶבֶד, מִי-הָאִישׁ הַלָּזֶה הַהֹלֵךְ בַּשָּׂדֶה לִקְרָאתֵנוּ, וַיֹּאמֶר הָעֶבֶד, הוּא אֲדֹנִי; וַתִּקַּח הַצָּעִיף, וַתִּתְכָּס" (בְּרֵאשִׁית כד,סַד-סה).
In modern Hebrew when we talk about a scarf, we are mean a piece of clothing that we wrap\tie around your neck.
בָּעִבְרִית הַמּוֹדֶרְנִית כְּשֶׁאֲנַחְנוּ מְדַבְּרִים עַל צָעִיף אֲנַחְנוּ מְדַבְּרִים עַל פְּרִיט לְבוּשׁ שֶׁכּוֹרְכִים עַל הַצַּוָּאר.

(1) Rebekah covered her head with a scarf because she saw Isaac.

(4) The children tie their scarves around their necks and go out to play in the snow.
(4) הַיְּלָדִים כּוֹרְכִים אֶת הַצְּעִיפִים שֶׁלָּהֶם סְבִיב צַוְּארֵיהֶם וְיוֹצְאִים לְשַׂחֵק בַּשֶּׁלֶג.
