The lemon, like the orange, also belongs to the citrus fruit family. It is an amazing fruit, and we use it in many areas:
הַלִּימוֹן כְּמוֹ הַתַּפּוּז גַּם שַׁיָּךְ לְמִשְׁפַּחַת פֵּירוֹת הֶהָדָר. הוּא פְּרִי מַדְהִים וַאֲנַחְנוּ מִשְׁתַּמְּשִׁים בּוֹ בַּהֲמוֹן תְּחוּמִים:
In cooking and baking, of course. Lemon cake is amazing!!
In cosmetics – did you know that lemon can be used as a natural deodorant?
בְּבִישּׁוּל וַאֲפִיָּה, כַּמּוּבָן.

טַעֲמוֹ שֶׁל הַלִּימוֹן הוּא חָמוּץ. אִם תָּכִינוּ מִיץ מִלִּימוֹן תּוּכְלוּ לְהִשְׁתַּמֵּשׁ בּוֹ כְּחוֹמֶר מְשַׁמֵּר, אֲבָל אִם תּוֹסִיפוּ לוֹ סוּכָּר תְּקַבְּלוּ לִימוֹנָדָה טְעִימָה!
