To expose
When going to the beach, people usually expose their bodies to the sun, meaning they take off their clothes and remain only in swimwear, which doesn’t cover much of the body.
כְּשֶׁהוֹל ְכִים לַיָּם, בְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלָל נוֹהֲגִים לַחֲשׂוֹף אֶת הַגּוּף לַשֶּׁמֶשׁ, כְּלוֹמַר מוֹרִידִים אֶת הַבְּגָדִים וְנִשְׁאָרִים רַק עִם בֶּגֶד יָם שֶׁלֹּא מְכַסֶּה הַרְבֵּה חֲלָקִים מֵהַגּוּף.
It is dangerous to expose your body to the sun between 10 AM and 4 PM.
